Exhibitor Benefits

The exhibition area is approximately 23,000 square meters, and more than 30,000 spectators are expected. Concurrent conferences and events will be live broadcasted to the world on the Expo official website with over 90,000 total viewership expected. In addition to promoting sales and business cooperation with buyers and upstream and downstream suppliers, exhibitors may offer special discounted products or services to on-site visitors. Exhibitors must meet the requirements and regulations on product sales set by the Expo. All sales proceeds will go to respective exhibitors.

Through cloud technology, exhibitors can conduct cross-regional business negotiation, cooperation, promotion, products sales and contracts signings:

Overseas tourism agencies will introduce their tourism resources through on-site "Cloud Promotion", so that upstream and downstream industries can obtain more new market information and business opportunities to expand their business.

Popular live-streamers from Macao and Mainland China will help the exhibitors to sell and promote product thru the "Cloud Live Broadcast" program. It is estimated that the broadcasts will reach a total of 8 million views in three days, and the number of concurrent viewers online is expected to exceed 120,000, which will certainly increase exhibitors’ online product sales and promotional effect.

Exhibitors can communicate online with buyers from all over the world through the Pre-schedule Appointment System, and promote their products overseas. They can also make appointments with more than 300 professional buyers from mainland China for on-site negotiation to promote their business to various provinces and cities in China.

"Cloud Contract Signing" at the Expo enables exhibitors and buyers in two different places to develop cooperative partnerships.

During the Expo, a number of destination promotion meetings will be held, through which exhibitors can promote their tourism products to professional buyers from all over the world.

Various media channels, including the Expo website, WeChat, Facebook, and other online social media platforms, advertisements, etc., will be utilized to help exhibitors increase their exposure and maximize their brand reputation and credibility.

Business matching and conferences at the Expo will strengthen exchanges between exhibitors and buyers from all over the world and expand the space for cooperation.

Application Procedure

  • 01 Enter the official website www.mitexpo.mo to register online
  • 02 Click "Exhibition Application" and fill in the information
  • 03 Upload the signed and stamped "Exhibition Confirmation Form", and to submit the relevant supporting documents
  • 04 After confirmation of the information and obtained approval from the Expo office, you can complete the payment procedures online
  • 05 Fill in the relevant forms in the "Exhibitor's Manual", submit the list of your staff online for application of admission badge
  • 06 Submit the design plan for the exhibition booth, and provide discounted products or promotional materials for publicity
  • 07 Pre-register, make appointments, match and negotiate with buyers, register for the "Cloud Series" activities
  • 08 Exhibitors check in, set up the booth, receive the admission badge, and conduct negotiations and business matching
  • 09 After the Expo, move out and complete the questionnaire.
    -Deposit from Macao exhibitors who fulfill their obligations will be refunded

Macao exhibitors must pay the mandatory deposit and complete the following requirements during the Expo. The deposit can be returned after the Expo:

MOP 1,000 per 9 square meters of booth area.

During the Expo, there must be staff present at the booth, and the booth cannot be left idle.

Exhibitors can choose to conduct business negotiations or launch on-site preferential products/interact with on-site audiences.
